We accept purchase orders for our services. For a quote, please contact scott@sbctrainingllc.com.
๐ Product Description:
Designed for instructors and students who want a clear, hands-on approach to relay diagnostics, this standalone module is a powerful addition to the MMTS-based training system. Housed in a rugged, classroom-ready enclosure with embedded magnets, it securely mounts to any ferrous surface without requiring additional brackets or hardware.
The front panel includes a clear schematic view and a built-in observation window, allowing students to see the internal movement of the relay during operation. Integrated banana jacks offer fast, tool-free connections, while clearly labeled test points provide easy access for measuring voltage, diagnosing faults, or tracing signal paths.
A custom-built internal circuit board allows instructors to quickly insert realistic electrical faultsโsuch as open circuits or high-resistance connectionsโon both the coil side and the switch side of the relay. Itโs the perfect tool for reinforcing voltage drop testing and real-world troubleshooting strategies.
๐ Note: This product includes only the relay module.
For a complete training setup including protective storage and a schematic mat, see the Relay Kit Add-On.
โ Features:
Built-in magnets allow the module to mount firmly to MMTS schematic mats or any ferrous surface for convenient use is classroom or lab settings.
Front-facing schematic with viewing window to observe relay operation
Quick-connect banana jacks for easy wiring and test lead access
Internal fault-insertion board for creating open or high-resistance faults
Optimized for repeatable, real-world diagnostic practice
Each unit is manufactured in the United States, with select components sourced globally to ensure quality and long-term reliability.
